Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please read below for details on our return policy.

Returns

• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item:

1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including the packing slip, and mail it to:

Please Note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is processed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will be notified via email once your refund or exchange has been completed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items that have been unsealed and worn.
