At HWING Clothing, all products are made to order through our production partner. This allows us to maintain high quality and reduce waste. As a result, our returns policy follows a print-on-demand model.
Returns Eligibility
We offer returns, replacements, or refunds only under the following conditions:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Incorrect item received (wrong product, size, or colour)
- Printing error or manufacturing fault
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Minor differences in colour, print placement, or finish
Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed to qualify for any return request
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue, contact:

- Order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We aim to review all requests within 5–7 working days
Important Return Conditions
- Do not send items back without approval — unauthorised returns may not be accepted
- If approved, you will receive the correct return address and instructions
- Returns are processed through our fulfilment partner’s distribution centres
Refunds & Replacements
If your request is approved:
- A replacement item will be issued where possible
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow several business days for funds to appear depending on your bank.
Shipping Issues
If your item is:
- Lost in transit → we will arrange a replacement
- Delivered damaged → photos must be submitted within 7 days
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout may result in additional shipping charges.
Unclaimed / Returned Orders
- Orders returned due to failed delivery (e.g. incorrect address) may incur a re-shipping fee
- Unclaimed items may not be eligible for refund
Final Sale Items
Items marked as:
- Limited Drop
- Sale
- Final Release
may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
