Due to the nature of our products, many items are made-to-order.
As a result, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference-based reasons
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
3. Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement item
- Refund
- Store credit
This will be determined based on the situation.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if production has not yet started.
Once production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
